Please dont book bugs and spiders and air dont work and the staff is no help. The first room I was given had air conditioning that wasn't working, so I had to switch rooms. In the second room, there was a spider in the bed. On top of that, I paid for a queen-size bed, and after being moved, I was given a full-size bed instead. I've already had to move rooms because of issues that were beyond my control, and I'm still not receiving the accommodations I paid for. At this point, I would like to be compensated. I'm requesting a partial refund or a significant adjustment to my bill because I don't feel I should be charged the full amount after everything I've experienced during this stay. I would appreciate you making this right before I check out.

Very clean and the breakfast staff that was exceptional at ensuring me and my family who was in town for a family reunion were well accommodated. I was taken back by the hospitality and kindness of the morning staff.
