Hotel a Leland

“Waited 15 minutes at the Reception disc until someone showed up to check me in. Staff are not so friendly. Rooms are not clean. There are insects and roaches on the floor and on the sink counter. This is not the first time I have bad experiences with this Hotel unfortunately it’s the only hotel in town so I had to stay in it again otherwise I wouldn’t approach it”

“The staff were great here. The person on check in and signing out were great with their customer service. Also the cleaning staff were very courteous and offered Mother's Day greetings. The staff even offered condolences when they learned we were in town attending a funeral. ”

“We were not informed when making the reservation that the property was being remodeled. There were no towel racks installed in the bathroom No toilet paper holder The hot water was so hot it would have scalded you. The men restroom in the lobby would not lock because the lock was put on backwards. The fruit for the breakfast provided was not fresh (black bananas) What was great about the staff was Raymond at the desk. He was excellent.”

“La struttura è fatiscente, avevamo prenotato una suite e ci volevano dare una camera sporca, fatiscente e con una puzza di fumo terribile. Abbiamo immediatamente protestato, ma il personale della reception ci ha risposto che era l’unica camera libera. A questo punto abbiamo deciso di andare via e alla reception ci hanno assicurato che ci avrebbero rimborsato i soldi pagati. Ovviamente era una bugia e i nostri soldi li abbiamo persi. Consiglio a tutti di non soggiornare qui, è un posto terribile...
