“Feet sticking to bathroom floor, the only way to get water bottles was from a machine that would not work, breakfast was a joke- nothing refreshed, trash overflowing, cheap styrofoam coffee cups, out of milk, syrup, butter etc. Not a single employee overseeing breakfast area. Guests were going to the door of kitchen trying to find someone to help and it was deserted. Boxes sitting in the lobby of office supplies that were also there the night before which tells me no one had the initiative to...

“No hot tib available, no hot water in first room, had to be moved. Door knob loose on door.”

“When we arrived, we were assigned a room key to the wrong room. When we tried to enter the room, someone opened the door and yelled at us and it was not our fault. The room was not cleaned well Stain on the carpet and on the back of the bathroom door. ”

“The staff was not very friendly on check in. She put us in a room facing the highway, which was very noisy. She did move us when we requested it.”

“The room was perfect. The only thing that bothered me was the noise. Well after 10 pm people were running up and down the hallway, yelling, knocking on doors etc. This hotel is very nice, the staff is excellent, only issue to have is with some who stay there not being considerate of others. ”
