“Nice property, staff was great, had a problem with the room 2nd day and it was sorted promptly. Down side it’s not walking distance to town, extremely limited parking.”

Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

“Gut gelegen nahe des Flughafens. Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Es gibt Zimmer mit eigenem Waschtrockner. Unten im Hotel gibt es eine Art Minimarkt. Supermärkte und Restaurants sowie Kino in Laufdistanz. Zimmer sind groß. Aus dem Zimmer hatten wir einem super Blick auf die Berge.”

“Fairly large room, no balcony for us, very clean and had the essentials. Had room for a bit more furniture in ours, e.g. could have had a desk or sofa. Parking is fine, just outside the property if there is space. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. ”

“We had damaged our car exterior a bit and the staff was very helpful and even gave us some duct tape to patch things up temporarily. Lovely place and lovely people.”

“The cottage was roomy and gorgeous. Bed was divine. Kitchenette has basic tools for make a simple meal, although the cafe/bar also offers delicious salads, pizza, and platters. The tasting included in your booking is really wonderful. We enjoyed walking around the vineyards and grounds after everyone left in the evening and seeing the sunset on the hills. We were biking, so it was a convenient starting place to the day.”

“The Spire is a lovely hotel right in the middle of the action in Queenstown. Our experience here really is a story in two parts. First, though, I must say that everyone working at the Spire was incredible and accommodating. They did their best to anticipate and address all of our needs, and were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming the entire stay. Our first two nights were spent in a Spire Suite, which was an upgrade offered to use because we were concerned about the sound in the Laneway Suite...

“The first one given to us was dirty, not inspected before being occupied by us because there are still clothes hanging from other guests, socks, lying by the laundry, dust all over the room. I will attach picture as evidence..”
