“My check in was at 3 pm but I arrive really early in houston and I was accommodated with a 9 am check on. I was dead tired and very much appreciated the accommodation.”

“Breakfast wasn’t the most fresh, but the options were great. They can pit the fresh milk in a bowl of ice to keep it cool. Rooms are clean but towels could use some help, they have stains.”

“There is no one at the front desk after 10pm, there is no room cleaning, if you need new towels or bed sheets you have to take them to the front desk and get new ones yourself, take out your own trash, no coffee pot in room, they did have coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day, no ice machine and kitchen in room no utensils or pans, with having to do everything yourself they should not charge as much”
