“Value”

“I was on a Army Veterans Reunion for the weekend & I was able to park in the pub carpark next to the hotel for £7.50 per day, payment at the pub bar, due to the hotel parking is at a minimum, but it was no great problem. Bar was good as were the staff, and we also had 2 singers on the last night of our stay, sadly there was only around 12 of us watching as most guests had left, but the singers were great. “Street parking or car park close by. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Room very clean with all you need. Hotel not manned but contact phone available on reception desk and someone will assist with your query when contacted. Only downside was noise from nightclub and revellers at weekend as room was directly above.”

“Really simple, self serve accommodation. Instructions were clear for check in and out and really nicely styled rooms. Lovely smell in lobby. Location a little dubious and could do with windows that opened but otherwise very reasonable but quality accommodation”

“In an great spot, close to everything, really nice clean fresh hotel, decent games room, big bar area and restaurant, owners went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. reccommend you stay here, nice chippy at the end of the street, shops and a nice cafe at the other end. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“Impressed by the overall service offered by the Sun. We had good rest in the room and enjoyed excellent atmosphere and food at the pub, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff offered us the opportunity to park next to the hotel free of charge in a spot that was temporary available for the night. Would recommend to visit when in Lancaster ”

“Rooms and overall decor of the building was brilliant. Clean, comfortable and such friendly staff. WiFi was great, TV included Netflix and it wasn't a tiny telly you get in a lot of other places. Bathroom/shower was so good. I can't speak highly enough. Will definitely be heading back. Loved it.”
