Only fault is the walls are not super sound proof. “Spacious, comfy room. Clean! Although some hangers in closet, No hooks in the room to hang robes/ clothes etc Only 2 tea bags provided so had to keep asking for more which we didn't like to do.. the additional tea and milk were provided without any question. Our room was just by the internal corridor door which got quite disruptive with the continuous opening and closing as oeople walked through. Good Central location ”

“The location was great - quiet and out of the way but easily access to local attractions. I did find the room a bit warm on arrival and had to immediately turn off the radiators and open the windows. Also, the bed was a bit too hard and uncomfortable for me but that’s personal taste. The wash basin in the bathroom was cracked and I could have done with a hand rail to get in and out of the bath but that was my own fault for not requesting an accessible room. ”
