“Lovely host, quick response to queries, good location with regards to the university. Walking distance to the pub. The only thing missing was a living room, but we knew that when booked! Great choice on the t.v too netflix and Disney plus. Really nice walks would stay again and recommend 👌 ”

“We have had a wonderful stay at LeaGate and the Staff in the hotel were all fantastic. Jane Morgan one of the Receptionists was so kind and went out of her way to help us as we are disabled. She even carried our luggage to our room for us.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.

“A fab stay at the hare and hounds. What a fabulous friendly pub with great helpful staff. Food was fantastic. Our room was spacious, clean and had beautiful views. We will definitely be back and couldn't recommend more to anyone wanting a base to stay for great walks and villages surrounding.”

“Heather the manager was very friendly and welcoming.
We got our drinks at the bar and confirmed our stay and we had a lovely evening meal.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a shower and bath.It was very quiet.Breakfast in the morning was great and heather made us feel so at home.

“Lovely hotel. I was upgraded to a classic double and the yoom was gorgeous . Nice staff . Very helpful.
They were having an up grade and refurbishment whilst I was there but it didn't affect my stay .

Breakfast at the hotel was utterly amazing, hot food absolutely delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. There's a few marks and scuffs around the place but for what you pay it's incredible value for money. We will absolutely be returning! Only negative for me was there was only a bath, not ideal for washing your hair. A quick trip to Sainsbury for a jug solved that problem.”

“Good value for £55. A night for mid week break . Bit noisy fom other guests but tolrable . House keeping is on the 4 day but you can get anything from reception so not a problem . Near the tram stop about 20 mon walk to the trainstation
