“We have enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay, the location was spot on only 2 minutes to Lake Windermere and the ferry landing point. Colin is the perfect host, very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and looked after us well. Breakfast was a lovely; full English in a cosy setting. The room was fine with all amenities. It was our birthdays whilst there and Colin decorated the room, these touches are most appreciated. Definitely recommend 10/10”

“We arrived at the property to find that we had been double booked and no room was available as the property was now full. We had to find alternative accommodation in the area and we luckily found one property that had one room left. Grassington lodge offered no help in finding alternative accommodation due to their error. Extremely disappointed with how it was all handled and how we was treated and we would never use or recommend this property in the future.”

“When we arrived we were greeted by a young man after ringing the doorbell, he took us through to the bar lounge, and read us a load of rules about the place, then he asked us if we used deodorant which a strange thing to ask then said don't spray in the bedroom because of the smoke alarm. The room we were given was supposed to have been a double more like a single with a double bed in it. When you opened the door to the room it banged on the bed it's that tiny, there was no storage had to put...

“Mike & Natasha are wonderful hosts, location is close to all amenities in the city and to Seaside. Quite edge, in the near a Pub, all you can ask for a few days in Blackpool. Wonderful English breakfast cooked by Mike. To return again.”

“Victoria and Expedia.co.uk are the worst company to deal with I never lodged, I got to the hotel 21:53 which check in time was till 10pm I booked the hotel past 9pm I want my refund You lot take money off people that work hard for their money, These has really affected my mental health and traumatised with the experience I had I want my money back and compensation for the stress I went through😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 ”

“I previously messaged them as I booked adina hotel but they got us to stop in the Galloway instead. Which was strange. Me and my children caught bed bug bites that’s how dirty this place was we are all covered still. I didn’t agree with sharing a bathroom and shower with other customers. The bathroom was filthy! Stay well clear from these places, if you are staying in Blackpool go elsewhere!”
