Hotel a Florence

“Parking was a little bit out of the way. But I guess we enjoyed the walk. It was a little bit more so when it was raining because we were loading up our car. Disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave in the room because we ate at the restaurant and would’ve liked to warm up our food.”

“The property is old, that is a given but poor cleaning doesn’t help. There is hard water stains around all the faucets and drains. The air conditioning units and room vents have heavy dust buildup. The closet had things in the corner from long ago. The bathroom mirror had spots that I hadn’t created and I think a dirty cloth was used to clean the hallway mirror. Big stains like the ones I had on my carpet should be patched up if the carpet is still made. These things were noticeable gross and...

“Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in.”

“Staff are accommodating but our room has lady bugs in the window and we called for housekeeping at night but the front desk said housekeeping is no longer available at night and she has no vacuum. Otherwise our stay was good.”

“Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“Breakfast was pretty good. Room was decent loves that the windows actually opened to let fresh air in. Pool was a little small but enjoyed the stay. The dryers dont work very well ended up having to restart the dryer 4 tines to get the clothes dryed all the way. The lady that checked us in was sweet and helpful. I would stay here again in the future ”
