"I reserved for two beds and my room only had one bed. The bed looked like it had been rested in before I checked in. The bathroom towels were used too. I was too tired to complain. "Out of order elevator and no hot water my entire stay. Upon check-out, I told them I was not be willing to pay full price for my stay. They offered me $8.80 credit. I'm not kidding. I can't even shower at a truck stop for that!"
