Some Improvement Needed
Overall, this stay was good. However, some areas need improvement. The weather was cold so perhaps this was the issue with things not working. The call to the property manager was not great (connection was bad every time we called). The toilet would not fill and was fixed but maintenance couldn't come until the next day and they showed up super early (not expecting the early arrival). It took all day to be fixed but maintenance did a great job. The heaters didn't work great and we were cold most of the time (no instructions to operate and we got Error messages). The washing machine did not work and could not be fixed. We were offered another tiny house but after seeing it, we felt it had issues as well. Still, it was a cozy tiny house and our overall impression of the place was good - I would visit again!
