I asked for paperwork stating my check in and check out time so I could speak with Expedia about a refund and was refused that as well. It smelled awful and when inspecting the beds we found some type of torch lighter under the mattress. All around terrible experience we went to another hotel and had a great experience so yourself a favor and...
