“When we asked to change our room because it was too close to the elevator, we were graciously accommodated. Staff was efficient and friendly. Good to have restaurant options on the premises as well as the indoor pool and the spa. I enjoyed a massage and then relaxing around the pool. Didn't use the exercise equipment, but good to know it was there. Appreciated the box of goodies left in our room on New Year's Eve. And the property wasn't far from where we live. “Staff was good, directions to buildings could have been better and put on the property map as it is confusing. Room was very clean but in need of some updates: 1. bedroom wall under TV had a ton of scuff marks 2. Ceiling tiles in bathroom had water damage and could have been replaced 3. (1) wash cloth for (2) people for a (2) night stay (could have used a few more towels) 4. Could have used a box of tissues in the room and an extra bar of soap the soap was so small it barley lasted for hand...
