“Hotel molto bello e curato,stanza spaziosa e pulita.La zona è un po' isolata,ma molto comodo se si vuole visitare Stonehenge e le città nei dintorni.Forse un po' cara la colazione per quello che offre,ma nel complesso assolutamente consigliato.”

“The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, we enjoyed an evening meal and also had breakfast. The rooms are a good size with lots of amenities. The daily hand baked cookies in the room were delicious.
It is a peaceful location in the New Forest. They have a large outdoor space where you can enjoy drinks or food. ”

“Ideally placed for the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth, we stayed 1 night while visiting the New Forest. We were made to feel welcome, which instantly made us relaxed. The room was clean, well decorated, the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious. The weekend breakfast was excellent, we started with fresh fruit and yoghurt (cereals were also on offer) then had a full English which was cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients. ”

“The hotel is ideally situated at the edge of the New Forest. The staff - especially the manager - were very helpful and nice. The room had been freshly renovated and was spacious, great towels, nice bathroom and nice view onto the landscape. We also had dinner there and it was really delicious. ”

“L'hotel si trova in un'area di sosta dell'autostrada. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni senza fermarsi solo a Southampton che dista comunque 10 min di macchina. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, i rumori da fuori si sentono poco e c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Molto comodo anche il mc donald's e lo shop attaccati all'hotel e aperti 24h ( siamo arrivati in hotel alle 3 a.m.).

“Grande Hotel in parco, costruzione piuttoso datata ma di buona qualità l'arredamento e le sale comuni. Viene, però, utilizzato per ricevimenti e perciò può capitare di essere assaliti da torme di ospiti degli sposi e di senire musica fino a mezzanotte. Discreta la cucina.”

"Una esperienza diversa. Una struttura d'epoca a poche centinaia di mesi dalla Cattedrale, rimodernata ma che conserva intatte le caratteristiche originali. Siamo entrati attraverso il pub e ci siamo "arrampicati" su una scala di legno fino al terzo piano (senza ascensore). La ns camera era una famigliare molto ampia, completa di tutto e con un suo fascino antico. Davvero gentili i ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura. Colazione favolosa. Parcheggio convezionato a breve distanza. Abbiamo anche approfittato di un'ottima cena al pub dell'hotel."

Mi chiede di pagare nuovamente una stanza già saldata con una sufficienza inaccettabile. Dopo aver appurato il fatto (ore dopo) non si scusa nemmeno.
Stanza superior che di superior non ha proprio niente. Cunicoli per arrivarci e 800 porte frangifuoco. Colazione scadente.
Unica nota positiva la Signora responsabile delle colazione che è estremamente gentile. "
