“Albergo silenzioso e dall’aria familiare. Camera grande e ariosa. Anche i Beatles hanno soggiornato in questo hotel. Antico ma ristrutturato. Molte spine nella camera. Peccato per i materassi sfondati e per il bagno sporco, scarno, senza una luce allo specchio e senza nessuna mensola. Asciugamani insufficienti. Mancava un tappetino per il bagno. ”

My only comment would be that the dining menu could be improved to consider a main course offer of Steak / Salad and Fish ? - that said the food was very good and I throughly enjoyed my supper, the wine was excellent too.”

“Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water. “Did not take up the 15£ breakfast option so I do not have an opinion on that. However staff took great care of our luggage as we visited the local sights and customer service was fantastic. ”

“Una esperienza diversa. Una struttura d'epoca a poche centinaia di mesi dalla Cattedrale, rimodernata ma che conserva intatte le caratteristiche originali. Siamo entrati attraverso il pub e ci siamo "arrampicati" su una scala di legno fino al terzo piano (senza ascensore). La ns camera era una famigliare molto ampia, completa di tutto e con un suo fascino antico. Davvero gentili i ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura. Colazione favolosa. “Hotel molto bello e curato,stanza spaziosa e pulita.La zona è un po' isolata,ma molto comodo se si vuole visitare Stonehenge e le città nei dintorni.Forse un po' cara la colazione per quello che offre,ma nel complesso assolutamente consigliato.”
