“Uno dei peggiori Hotels della mia vita (e sono 35 anni che viaggio).
La luce della stanza che non funzionava, il Wi-Fi che non funzionava e la receptionist non sapeva che fare e mi ha dato per ben 3 volte la password sbagliata. Comunque poi ho dovuto fare a meno del Wi-Fi perché nella mia stanza non prendeva. Professionalità bassissima. Al ristorante mi hanno servito dell'acqua imbevibile con un sapore di cloro terribile.
Alla fine sono scappato la mattina presto, senza neanche fare colazione,...
“Great hotel with pub and restaurant, in a tudor building from the 1700s. The staff were excellent, super friendly and gave me a lot of information about the area, things to do. Only drawback is that due to the age of the building there was a bit of noise from other rooms”
“Just spent a fab night in the excellent Birch Hotel.
Everything was great, room, food and staff, most particularly Kim on Reception.

“Easy check in and loads of parking. The room was absolutely amazing, we were outside so felt like being in a cabin overlooking the garden. Bathroom was huge and clean. Went to the bar in the evening and the service was great. Can't fault this hotel”

“We stayed here in the Tudor 4 poster room. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). “The staff were really friendly and lovely and the stay was so value for money with breakfast included. The bed was also quite comfy and the room was nice and warm. The decor is a little outdated but that doesn't affect the stay at all. The pub was decent and although we didnt try the food, the menu looked great.”
