“The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. Next time we will stay in a more family friendly area like Covenant Garden ”

“This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel.”

“The flat was very centrally located in a vibrant street with lots of shops and restaurants. The Brunswick centre across the road has a Waitrose so shopping is convenient. The flat itself is clean and quite conpact but had everything we needed. As a basement it's a little on the dark side and there were a couple of minor irritations such as no bin bags provided and no dishtowel for drying dishes, plus in one bedroom the double bed was pressed against the wall so only one person in a couple can...

The fob card stopped working consistently and as it turns out there was a leak directly on the wall above it. While I was trying to collect myself to travel on the last day 5+ men who were there to inspect the building came and I had to allow them entry into the room while they worked. “Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced.
