“The apartment was clean. It has restaurants at a walkable distance. The metro was not close, but about 10 mi.The issue is the poor communication with the manager office. They were unresponsive before and during our stay. I booked thinking the apartment was in a certain address and the day before my arrival they sent me another address and sent me pick up the keys in a different location, blocks a away, making it VERY INCONVENIENT, since we, as all the travelers, were carrying luggage. “Had a great stay in the center of a very lively area. We were traveling with a 15 month old toddler, and we requested a baby cot for his stay, which was set up in the unit before we arrived. They also provided a high chair, which was very helpful and an unexpected bonus for takeaway/take out food. We will definitely consider this property again the next time we go to London.”

“This was a perfect place for a family to stay. The kitchen allowed us to save on food and the beds were amazing. Be forewarned, the basement unit is next to a karaoke bar and the unit is beneath a very busy tea shop. This was a problem for our family member that stayed in the back left bedroom but not an issue for anyone else. There is no cleaning included, so you will need to handle your own rubbish and recycling. Management was very responsive though when I identified some very minor repairs...

Even tho the hallway still is a building place it’s not messy, it smelled a little of weed and cigarettes now and then but that’s only in the hallway. The apartment it self was ok.
