“My family had an excellent stay here! Home.ly was great about communication and helped us resolved a lock issue day of. The apartment had all the essentials for cooking. I can see what other reviews are saying about the noise - it wasn’t very quiet but I feel like that expected for central London. Overall, the location is unbeatable and we loved pretty much everything about the apartment. Looking forward to coming back!”

“My initial room was on the top floor and the light wasn’t working, it felt very humid and dusty and gave me allergies. People via email and reception were nice and sorted out a different room in the ground floor which was a bit better - however it feel is like there is no alignment between reception and the email contact given through Expedia. Key to enter the building stopped working on my second day and had to request access via email and they shared a code. Building is located super close to...

“There are many amenities and very convenient to go ”

“Spent 8 nights here with my family of 5. Everything was great. The place was clean, spacious and very convenient to many of the things we wanted to see and places we wanted to go. Pubs, shopping, and places to eat very close and a grocery store right across the street. Whenever we had questions, Dalton would respond right away. The only thing I will note… there’s no elevator, but I must say it was the perfect place for us and we would definitely stay here again when we visit London. ”
