"Our experience was truly wonderful! Check-in was super easy, and the room was ready an hour earlier than expected. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had every necessary comfort. Everything worked perfectly—lights, water, fridge, hairdryer, and coffee machine. The shampoo and shower gel provided were high quality with an incredible and long-lasting scent. There was no noise from other guests, and the hotel was in an excellent central location. Access to the “essentials closet” was also very straightforward. The (free!) locker service was incredibly useful—it allowed us to explore the city both on the day we arrived and the day we left. We also used the restrooms on level -1, which are available to all guests, and they were extremely clean and tidy. We took advantage of the Gail’s discount too, which was very easy to use, and the food we bought there was genuinely delicious. The value for money was outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back, because we had such a great experience! (We’ve both been to London around 30 times, so we’ve seen plenty of hotels—this one truly stood out!)"
