A due passi da Hyde Park e da Marble Arch. Pulito e il personale è estremamente disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente.”

“The service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. ”

The personnel is really kind and nice, the rooms are clean and perfectly provided, the breakfast is huge and international, the location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the Tube of Green Park which is in direct connection to the Heathrow Airport. We traveled with our baby and without even asking, the hotel left a changing pad, baby bath, baby bath products, etc in our room. The location is incredible. We’ve stayed at many of the top hotels in London and this one is definitely among the best. Can’t wait to visit again. ”

"Hotel perfetto se si vuole vivere la vera Londra: posizione centralissima, vicinissimo a Burlington Arcade e New Bond Street per le grandi firme, a due passi dal Ritz o da Wholesley per un buon tea, di fronte a Fortnum e Mason per il vero shopping inglese. I prezzi sono giusti considerata la posizione e la qualità della struttura. Con un minimo sforzo in più si prende la superior, che è molto più ariosa."
"Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo splendido hotel e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La struttura è moderna, pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio. La nostra camera era spaziosa, luminosa e dotata di tutti i comfort.
La posizione è strategica, in pieno centro a pochi metri dalla stazione metro Marble Arch, ma comunque tranquilla e rilassante. Perfetta sia per visitare la città che per godersi un po’ di relax.

È stata un’esperienza unica. Camera silenziosa con letto king size e le lenzuola erano realizzate in cotone di alta qualità. Ho dormito benissimo. Poi tutte le bibite nel frigo, due piccole bottiglie di vino ed il caffè sono stati offerti dall’albergo. Albergo di bella presenza con staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Ritornerò. "
