“The flat is in a very convenient location for access to several local landmarks. The checking process, accuracy of information like wifi, and overall maintenance of the flat were dreadful. The instructions book in the flat did not match the information provided by the management team. The TV, cable, and internet only worked sporadically. Despite the location, there was not much going for this property.”

“Location is the only thing going for this property. Misleading description. Says AC but there is only AC in one room on the ground floor. So we had to leave the door open to cool down the floor. Floor layouts were BAD. Basement had 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room and the stack laundry. Why 2 bathroom? Weird but the best level to stay in. Ground floor had 2 bedrooms and the dining room. NO bathroom. You either had to go up 2 flights of stairs or down to the basement. The dining table...

“Location is perfect. Under the Doormat super responsive and made check/ in etc super easy. The receptionist who was present during the daytime hours was very nice and helpful. Apartment is relatively spacious for a 1 bedroom with high ceilings and old London charm. The layout is a bit strange however; refrigerator adjacent to the kitchen in the living room and the bathroom sink can only be accessed when the bathroom door is closed. Everything was clean and linens brand new. Heat/ hot water...

“Loved this apartment! I stayed with my elderly parents (80yo) and my 16 year old daughter. It was a perfect combination of bedrooms and common space for everyone to be happy. The kitchen was comfortable and large enough for cooking small meals. The location was easy assess to many tourist sites, broadway shows, restaurants. We would definitely stay again here if staying in London for first time visitors.”
