“The images don’t represent this apartment. The apartment in reality appears to be like the one in the photos, but with true AI filter. Extensive use of gross polyester blankets were used to cover the gross furniture. This host ruined the first day of our trip with their deceitful tactics. This place was so below our standard and so far from what we expected, and was so gross that we desperately searched for alternative accommodations immediately after walking into the room, thankfully finding...

“Excellent location in a very upscale neighborhood. Apartment was clean with good AC. Washer/dryer was out of service. I reached out to management for repair. They instructed me to send them a video showing them the problem. Internet in apartment is ridiculously slow. I spent an hour looking for a coffee shop to upload the video. “I would have given a 5-star rating if not for the issue with the security deposit. The host company promptly billed their refundable deposit, but six weeks after checking out, I had to call to follow up. My advice to future guests: monitor your credit card statements carefully, as the refund process might not be reliable.”
