“We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. “The service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. ”

"Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo splendido hotel e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La struttura è moderna, pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio. La nostra camera era spaziosa, luminosa e dotata di tutti i comfort.
La posizione è strategica, in pieno centro a pochi metri dalla stazione metro Marble Arch, ma comunque tranquilla e rilassante. Perfetta sia per visitare la città che per godersi un po’ di relax.

Zedwell ha un design luxury con moltissime camere con bagno privato, più simile ad un Hotel che a un ostello per la qualità del soggiorno, con una posizione invidiabile: appena usciti c'è Piccadilly Circus con la fermata della metro a pochi passi e gran parte delle attrazioni della città a breve distanza a piedi, perfetto per un soggiorno breve tenuto conto che le camere non hanno aperture o finestre.
Nota negativa: ho trovato eccessiva la richiesta di 15 Sterline a persona per tenere uno zaino dopo il check-out o prima del check-in. "
