“Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return.”

“Beautiful hotel just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment. Everything was fine even though the service is still doubtful and inattentive. On Sunday Morning, a strong noise from the renovation disturbed my sleep and the hotel did not even apologize. Also watch out for the à la carte breakfast that is one of the most expensive I had in the World. 60 Pounds for an omlette and orange juice! This is ridiculous and inacceptable. I will never have brekafast again at this hotel.”
