“the location is great, rooms are pretty and clean, quiet, great bedding. The bathrooms are dated. Room service does not work at night, the food is average to mediocre and overpriced for the quality you get. Had an issue with wine list - I don't mind paying 80 gbp for a bottle of wine but I do mind drinking the wine that is actually 8 gbp per bottle. Overall is you need a comfortable place to sleep - the Prince Akatoki is perfect, if you're looking for a luxury experience - there are better...

“we had the misfortune of an adjacent room with two children playing ball.communicated to reception on the first evening, but unfortunately it had no effect. On the last evening I communicated the fact via email asking for a little help because I really wanted to rest, and a very kind gentleman from the front office offered us a solution to spend at least one quiet night in another room. I thank him for this thought but it seems absurd to me that they are not called back and promptly prohibited...
