“Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. ”

“This is a recently refurbished property. Rooms are small but well appointed. There are two elevators. The lobby lounge has a cafe (not connected to the property), and breakfast vouchers can be redeemed at two locations nearby. One of them is a laundromat/diner, which is quirky and different, but the staff is very pleasant. If you didn’t pay for breakfast, no worry—there are plenty of small cafes in the area. The biggest hassle for someone who is used to traditional hotels is the digital check...

“Super close to Paddington station. Like at many hotels in the same area, noisy floors and thin walls are not the best for business travelers. Check in is 100% online even if you are phisically there in front of the receptionist/manager and could not complete the check in online. Like in many London hotels, Reaching some rooms is like going thorough a labyrinth with ultra narrow corridors. Nice decor, good for young generations, perhaps not ideal for business travelers.”
