“Decent area and good level of decor on the building especially communal kitchen 3 flights of stairs and a shared bathroom were a downside but will be mindful if I book here again ”

“Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise ”

“My initial room was on the top floor and the light wasn’t working, it felt very humid and dusty and gave me allergies. People via email and reception were nice and sorted out a different room in the ground floor which was a bit better - however it feel is like there is no alignment between reception and the email contact given through Expedia. Key to enter the building stopped working on my second day and had to request access via email and they shared a code. Building is located super close to...

“Great location for KX events. Spotless, Smart TV, great kitchen, well furnished, easy self check in and on street free parking outside on Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Big lounger and competitive price (Jan). Would book again. May be worth putting in TV in bedroom. ”

La pulizia del pavimento al nostro arrivo non era impeccabile, il piumino per il letto matrimoniale è un po' corto e non c erano altre coperte. La sera era un po' fresco. ”
