“I like this apartment very much, just a few minutes walk from South Quay (DLR). There are 2 Tesco Express around, good location to pick some food for making my meals. We can easily get the way to the apartment , as they give a very clear and detail direction at the email. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. We communicated by emails when I have questions. Their response were very quick. The room itself is very spacious. It is good that each room has its own shower and washroom. ...

“Weak internet - this place does not have hard wired internet like every other apartment rental anyone has ever stayed in. They have a cellular hotspot. Definitely not suitable for videoconferencing or even reliable wifi calling. Toilets do not flush properly - I doubt this will be fixed as this issue was the subject of other review dating back over two years. On the positive side, nice location and nice space in general. ”

There was no broom for cleaning, and everything had too many instructions about not moving or touching things."”

“The apartment is in a great location and it was clean when we got it. The lift was working on and off and we had to use the stairs to go up and down to and from the 4th floor many times. The kitchen was not very well furnished and we only had 2 glasses and 1 fork while having many spoons and knives. Overall a good option when visiting London because of the area and proximity to DLR and Underground train. No AC (as we expected).”
