“The hotel was really beautiful for colombian standards. However they lack proper transfer to the village and surroundings. Customers are obliged to join expensive tours if they want to get out. Personell was attentive and hard working but they were not to enough in number to satisfy customers needs. We felt trapped in the hotel.”

Staff is incredible and welcoming - front desk both the lady and the man are incredible! Bartenders… amazing. Overall - everyone is nice and polite- definitely coming back!
