“The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the room was not what we booked or paid for. After traveling for over 17 hours, our room was not ready upon arrival and was still dirty. We specifically reserved a balcony room, but the room we were given did not have a balcony. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the air conditioning was only available between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., which was very uncomfortable.”

“Probably the best part about this hotel was the staff. From the moment we got the to the moment that we left the staff was amazing and so attentive. Juancho was our server and he was awesome! The beach day beds were comfortable and right in front of the water. Now to the not so good things. There were issues with locking doors. The two rooms we stayed in did not lock properly. (It is safe there though) the toilets do not flush. Some times we had to go to the outside bathrooms and those didn’t...
