“We loved staying at the InterContinental. All the staff we encountered - front desk, restaurant, pool - provided us with the highest level of customer service. The room and bathroom were a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The food was excellent. While we typically don’t eat at the hotel’s restaurant because the food tends to be ridiculously expensive and not as good as outside restaurants, that was not the case with the restaurant at the hotel. “La struttura è nuova . Le camere sono molto piccole ma perfettamente curate nei particolari . Hanno letti , cuscini lenzuola di altissimo livello .Alcune camere per esempio posizionate vicino l'ascensore posso risultare leggermente rumorose dovuto dalla attesa di alcuni clienti maleducati che posso parlare a voce alta non pensando di essere in un corridoio di un hotel. “The room was great but the additional bed was broken (the staff did nothing to help - which was a big issue). The location is ok (not in el poblado but about 15 minutes walking from there). Overall mixed feelings: good hotel in principle but when the issue occurred (again, a broken bed) the staff was not helpful at all! ”

“Camera angusta, con pulizia mediocre e soprattutto con un costante odore di muffa (quando l'ho fatto presente mi è stato detto che accedendo l'aria condizionata sarebbe in breve passato, in realtà semplicemente ci si abituava all'odore). Personale solo in parte accogliente e gentile, colazione decisamente basica. Chiaramente la tariffa richiesta è relativamente bassa rispetto ad altri hotel in zona e la struttura è nuova. Ma in generale il rapporto qualità prezzo non è soddisfacente.”
