“I have been several times and this place is excellent. The facilités are clean, staff are excellent and go above and beyond to try and help..I've only ever had one issue. But I do recommend this place for anyone with kids. There is always something to do. So I will be coming back and bring more of my family I've recommended this place to people. I still do recommend this , they should make the points (Hilton points) count for this resort”

“I liked that it is conviniently located at the airport if you have an early or late flight you are already at the airport. I also liked the free breakfast!. Did not like that there was no king-size bed at the front desk but there was king size beds at expedia for the same night and hotel.”

“Not at all what I remembered from staying here years ago. Service is very poor. Food is average. Hotel public areas need a lot of TLC. For what we payed, I don’t believe it is worth it.”

“Great staff and very helpful, awsome rooms for a quick sleep and cozy.. Air conditioning was great but I would have liked to have the room colder but there wasn't a remote control to adjust the temperature.”

“Such an amazing hotel. All the staff were amazing! Everyone went above and beyond during our stay. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Also to old San Juan! But most of off Jessica made the entire stay memorable. Thanks to her everything was an excellent experience. Anything we needed they made sure we had and then some. “The hotel was cute and clean. The private parking was extremely convenient. The only thing I did not like was the key. The key gave us access to the room but did not give access to the building. We had to ring the bell and wait to be buzzed in every time we came in and out. That was pretty awkward at night, I kept feeling like I was preparing myself for the walk of shame. Lol other than that all was good. I stayed 3 nights in total. Cool.”

“My room was paid for half deposit and my card wouldn’t go through when I got there so they wouldn’t let me get it the first night. I have to go get Kash to finish paying for the room. Only they did at night. He didn’t let me in for the room when I pay for the first three nights.”
