“This hotel is lovely! Great food options and beautiful views. Hotel was quiet because we visited during down season. Hotel is huge and was confusing for the first hour until we figured everything out. You have to take the funicular to get to the bottom and see the watermark and extra pool. Also Oasis pool side food is down at the bottom. Rooms clean and new. The hotel staff wasn’t interactive unless you engaged with them. I expected better service. But overall lovely, likely return if possible....

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio .
Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo.
En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

“Small hotel area is quiet. Within walking distance of beach, many restaurants as well as bars and shopping area. A hop and a skip away from Old San Juan. You can actually take a bus there. Small but, private pool that is clean. Microwave in a small kitchen. They serve coffee and toast but, they also have fruits. You can have breakfast in the patio or your room. Room is clean has a mini fridge,Fan,TV,AC closet space,ironing board and blow dryer. Piano sitting room as well. I will come again. 1...

“Rooms not particularly clean. Windows did not open. The area offers very little

There is a smoke detector in the room that flashes every 5-6 seconds and it is very annoying”
“I love the wave and I am a regular client since 2014 but this time I regret to say the conditions of my room compared to the price asked were not fair at all. the room had a crazy humidity which forced to keep A/C on 24/24... it was not even possible to stand on your feet because of the slippery floor... furniture starts to get creepy because the few years ago renovation was cheap (like the table that was just painted...)

“The overall condition of the hotel is great, however the rooms need upkeeping. There were very noticeable marks on the walls, furniture and flooring as well as chipping of the shower floor, that need to be repaired, in order to keep with the Marriott standard.
