Hotel a Junction City

“Everything was very good except the air conditioner was very, very loud. We had to wear ear plugs. The hotel was completely booked so did nit bother complaining there was no other available room.”

“This place has the worst bed bug infestation I’ve ever seen in my life and I used to live in NYC. The staff had clearly been told this before and didn’t care. They refused to refund me even though I only spent an hour there and offered to give me a gift certificate for another stay, but I will never set foot in there again and would recommend you avoid it at all costs. The staff are well aware of the infestation and DO NOT CARE that it will spread to anyone who stays there. DO NOT STAY HERE.”

“The towels were thin and not suitable for adult use. Our room smelt musty and the floor was sticky. I don’t believe the sheets were changed from previous use. Usually I don’t leave any reviews. I was disappointed that this was a corporate owned property that was not up to my minimum standards.”

“This hotel was a life saver! We tried to check in at our reserved hotel only to find out that our reservation was canceled due to water damage in the building-no notification. Expedia helped us get checked in here so that we could enjoy our trip.”

“The coffee pot in room did not work, the halls and room had bad smells abd no aoi in halls, we got stuck on 3rd floor no elevators. I would not stay again, and the price, almost 200.00/night .”

“The staff was nice and that’s it. The room smelled like smoke and mold. There was mold in the shower. No soap at either sink or the shower. I’m glad I had shower gel. WiFi wasn’t great either. Ice machine was inconvenient. Th room was big.”

“Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to...

“Everything about the room was off. I barely touched the toilet paper holder and the whole thing fell apart. The bathtub had a lot of missing parts. The bedsheets are visibly stained. The staff were nice but the property was poorly maintained.”

“The grounds are very pleasant. I needed to change original room due to very strong musty smell as well as super strong varnish odor. Owners were very quick to offer another room. So I do feel satisfied with that. Not the cleanest but was very affordable compared to other places in the area. I guess I got what I paid for. But I wouldn’t stay again.”
