“Room 237 didn’t have cold water in the shower. I had to take a scalding hot shower, or no shower at all. The hotel was too booked to move me to a new room. Also, the room above us sounded like they were playing a soccer match in their room until midnight. We told the desk 3 times and nothing happened. It was miserable.”

“It’s old and abused, probably used for homeless, we needed a place to stay for one night and we were glad to find it. Our accommodations were cancelled without notice and most of the hotels were full up, making finding a place difficult. The ones we did find available, right next door prices on internet did not match the exuberant amount they were demanding. Howard Johnson’s was reasonably clean, there was a bed which sufficed. I do not regret staying there, it was quiet and I slept well...

“Check in was okay. Another guest interrupted things but you can't control that. Front desk agents were friendly. There was a man and woman working the desk and another employee/manager that was helping outside the front desk. Rooms need update. The light or light switch when we walked into the room didn't work. “You get what you pay for here! It served its purpose to sleep and shower but the property itself is not great. The A/C only stays on with movement so our room stayed around 80 the majority of the stay. The breakfast was not worth it. The room itself was clean but the bed wasn’t comfy and the location is loud due to highway traffic. For the reviews being as good as they were, I was surprised!”

“There was a very bright light on the outside of the building that was shining right in our room. It made it hard to go to sleep. It’s room 109. So if you get that room, request another one. But everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.”
