“L’hotel in sé non è male, ma la moquette delle camere andrebbe sostituita perché puzza di umidità. In generale l’hotel andrebbe un po’ rinfrescato ma tutto sommato ok. Gradito l’aperitivo gratuito la sera e la colazione ben fatta e varia. Il down town di orlando non vale la visita”

“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“Breakfast has two waffle makers eith scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, breads etc. The location is great for during budiness in the downtown area or having a procedure done at Advent Health Hospital. You can literally walk to the hospital from the hotel. Great staff and safe environment. Highly recommend for a business stay.”

“The hotel was great, and everything was perfect up until we took showers just before departure. Our room's shower head (room 321) produced nothing but a trickle, regardless of what setting we put the shower head on. I did ask about this at checkout, and assumed it was just a problem with that specific room, because if it was the same in every room many many guests would have complained. Hopefully, the maintenance staff checked it after our report to the front desk and fixed the issue.”
