“clean hotel, satisfying breakfast, convenient for those who have to leave from Yul airport.
I booked two nights for two adults and two children from 12 to 14 September, advance payment, upon arriving at the hotel we were asked for a security deposit, the following morning we recommended the cleaning of the room and in the evening upon our return the room was not clean with towels not changed.
I went down to ask for information about it and the man at the reception replied that he couldn't do...

“Il soggiorno è durato due giorni. All'arrivo circa un'ora prima del check in, ci è stato chiesto un extra per avere la camera.
La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente.
Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati.
Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto
non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta...

“Been there a few times and I will be back in the future. A almost perfect business/ travel hotel. Very close to the airport it has a shuttle, but you can even walk.
In the middle of nothing, but if you are an aviation enthusiast you can enjoy a quite good view on a runway.
Some 20 km from Downtown.”

“The staff gave me a cookie at check in, which was a nice snack. The room is comfortable and clean. There aren't many nearby food options, though there is a restaurant and they sell (expensive) snacks/sandwiches. I walked from the train station, and the route was ok in summer (sidewalks might not be ploughed in winter). There is an airport shuttle. ”
