“Main room is too dark! Needs an overhead or wall light. Sensor lights in bathroom are not a good idea-you don’t want the lights coming on when someone uses the bathroom at night. We taped a facecloth over the switches and that worked. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. We requested a quieter room this time as the previous one had too much runway noise and frequent running water sounds. We got an end room on the 5th floor that was very quiet. Note you need to use...

“clean hotel, satisfying breakfast, convenient for those who have to leave from Yul airport.
I booked two nights for two adults and two children from 12 to 14 September, advance payment, upon arriving at the hotel we were asked for a security deposit, the following morning we recommended the cleaning of the room and in the evening upon our return the room was not clean with towels not changed.
I went down to ask for information about it and the man at the reception replied that he couldn't do...

“It was my second time booking a room at this hotel. It was perfect. This time I used the transportation service to the airport it was really good. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were great. The front desk staff were very friendly with my dog.”
