“Brand new hotel. Very spacious and luxurious. When I entered it looked like a fancy condominium in the lobby. Staff was extremely friendly. Lobby hallways still smelt new. It’s very modernly updated. ”

“Very poor structure…I arrived late because the flight was late and they complained.they also have complained me about loosing their keys, absurd. Nobody was present during the check out and I left the keys in the box. Very poor experience, I will not come back for sure”

La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente.
Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati.
Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto
non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta...

“I am originally from Pointe Claire and The Manoir is always our go to place when visiting. The Comfort Inn is a hop skip and a jump to The Manoir. It’s convenient and inexpensive and has a great morning breakfast. Coffee is great! staff are great!

BUT for >130$ per night the complimentary set (=all services for the stay) consisted of one soap, one roll and half of toilet paper and one paper glass. One single towel for a week.
All systems were outdated (plugs, no air cond, etc.). No kitchen but a living room with sink, toaster and boiler. Or no ome told me that there were a kitchen. Furniture and interiors are sad.
So consider it just in absence of other cheap options.”

"Fate attenzione: abbiamo rischiato di pagare la camera due volte! Lo abbiamo fatto notare e solo dopo lunga insistenza ci hanno dato ragione e restituito i soldi. Anche se alla fine tra commissioni e tassi di cambio ci ho comunque rimesso 14€ per un errore della struttura. La cosa grave è che a quanto ho letto non è la prima volta.

La colazione però si potrebbe migliorare, non ci sono succhi di frutta né bacon o uova strapazzate. Solo uova sode. Ma, a parte questo, un ottimo soggiorno. Complimenti..."

"clean hotel, satisfying breakfast, convenient for those who have to leave from Yul airport.
I booked two nights for two adults and two children from 12 to 14 September, advance payment, upon arriving at the hotel we were asked for a security deposit, the following morning we recommended the cleaning of the room and in the evening upon our return the room was not clean with towels not changed.
I went down to ask for information about it and the man at the reception replied that he couldn't do anything, neither a refund of the service I paid for and which I didn't use, nor a room change.
I wrote an email to the management and am still waiting for a response.
