“Il soggiorno è durato due giorni. All'arrivo circa un'ora prima del check in, ci è stato chiesto un extra per avere la camera.
La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente.
Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati.
Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto
non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta...
“La nostra prenotazione non era in linea con i sistemi dell’albergo e abbiamo accettato un downgrade della camera per motivi non spiegati dal personale. Questo per evitare perdite di tempo all’accettazione. Comunque non preparati. ”

“Loved this cute little hotel! The room and especially the bathroom was spotless. Only thing I would say was difficult was parking. They have spots but we were out quite late so all the spots were taken when we got back and we had to park a couple blocks (although small ones) away making sure to note the signs as certain sides of the street have restrictions on different days and times. Would definitely stay here again though!”

“I like this place i go here pretty often when I need a 1 or 2 day stay, it's location next to Champlain mall plenty of restaurants and terminus/rem station Panama gives easy access to Montreal . It's cozy , tiny bathroom with a big tub and good water pressure the beds are not squeeky and comfortable wifi always works and AC is the best it's the old 70s under the window style AC and cools the room in seconds.

“I had to go around that area I lived there for 10 years and pass this hotel never once thinking about it staying there was amazing the place was so clean and everything quiet all the rooms are updated and clean sheets clean everything I don't have anything bad to say about this place the price is right and it's a good place to stay”
