Hotel a Lafayette

“Staff is amazing. Was hard to keep my husband out of the warm cookies every night. Breakfast was awesome. Nice variety of foods. Always had hot coffee day or night. Room was immaculate. No need to bring shampoo and cream rinse. They have plenty in the showers. Definitely coming back on our next trip!”

“Don't stay here if you are a medical or recreational cannabis smoker. I was charged 400 dollars as I checked out becaise the maod smelled cannabis. I'm a state cannabis card carrying veteran but the manager didn't care because they have a policy. I'm getting an attourney...my policy for unemotional corporate robots that cause harm for profit.”

“No breakfast, parking was difficult to find a place to park, since the lot was shared by a restaurant”

“Everything was good, clean and comfortable. On check in I was given a room that was inhabited. Walked in on an undressed man. Upsetting for everyone.”

“The room was spacious and clean. We left before breakfast hours so I can’t comment on that. The young man at the front desk at check in was not very friendly but the woman at the desk when we checked out was very nice. Every time we touched the door or the elevator buttons we got shocked, which made us wonder if there is a maintenance issue. The pillows could use a refresh—ours were beyond their useful life. However, there was a very nice kitchenette in the room. Overall the hotel was very nice...

“This is our go to stop when we need a place near the airport. We were sad when they started charging for parking but they aren’t the only hotel doing so. Great bargain for a nice place overall. ”

“So convenient for a night before the airport. Plenty of space in the hotel room, large pool, snack bar all came in handy. Only issue was we booked the 4 am shuttle and the shuttle driver was not only beyond rude, he made me, my toddler AND my stroller (yeah, picturing that?!) sit in the passenger seat due to the lack of room. I was so upset and shaken up from the way he spoke to me and the shuttle experience. ”

“When we arrive to check-in their was a $50 dollar Incidental hold , I had called ahead to ask what deposit/hold would it be before booking was told no hold or deposit was required. I plan prior to all my trips to insure costs as i do use my debit card . It was a bit embarrassing as i was short $10 in my account for the hold . It was my END of the trip close to the airport booking . We had figure it out. The front desk girl was great! Shuttle service to and from airport was spot on and...
