“The staff were super helpful and pleasant! The kids enjoyed the pool. However when we arrived we found hair and stains all under the sheets on one bed and then we found a used bandaid in the other bed. For the price I can understand certain things but cleaning the sheets should be the bare minimum.”

“Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

“Stanza pulita con finestra apribile, arredo essenziale e gradevole, doccia grande, biancheria di buon livello. Colazione soddisfacente, macchietta per jl caffè e micronde disponili in camera. Ottimo il servizio shuttle da/per aeroporto. L'hotel si trova a dustanza percirribile a piedi da Penña Station da cui si raggiunge la città in pochi minuti. ”

“The rooms were cleaned every other day. For us they skipped a cleaning day so the trash was over flowed. The toilet paper ran out. The automatic currents did not work. Had to use a paper clip, that someone else left behind to get sunlight in the room.”
