“I last minute booked this hotel and 10/10!! We didn’t get in the pool or hot tub but we did see people in the hot tub! The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the mountains! This was my first time visiting Colorado and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! I will definitely stay again whenever I decide to come back!!”

“The manager and his staff were very helpful. There was a great view of the mountains from our room. We particularly enjoyed the warm dishes of eggs, biscuits, and gravy in the complimentary breakfast in a nice room with lots of large windows. Would return again.”

“Decent location but the lake isn’t directly visible from the property. A bit of an older, rustic feel to the rooms. They have a guitarist/singer that plays outside which is nice but we didn’t sit to listen. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs and bagels for the most part.”

“We enjoyed the location very much as the property is right next to the river and two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The owner at the front desk was friendly. We did not like the bed as it was very firm and uncomfortable. We shared this with the owner We also thought the kindling provided for the fireplace was not enough to start a fire in the fireplaces. We hope this part of the property will be renovated and we will consider staying there again.”
