“Everything was fine, location was especially convenient for my stay, several quick dinning options very close and much more a few miles away. Noise level was low for a busy hotel right off the interstate. Parking was essentially filled to capacity but I had a spot available every time I returned.”

“The hotel is next to a very busy loud road. Parking is minimal. When we went to use our keycard to get in the back door, it was already open, not secure, when I asked the front desk about it, they just said, “yeah, it’s broken”. Staff was very nice. Elevator sounded awful, we took the stairs after that 1st ride. Very thin walls. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“The first room they gave me it looked like something had happened because there was blood on the curtains. It was also very dirty and it looked like someone tried to break in. The desk chair at the table was broken and was just taped that I took 178 pictures and went downstairs. The front desk changed my room. I took a few pictures and went downstairs and asked what would I get charged for and they said nothing. I was told my Akron at 4pm. The breakfast was frozen waffles and a frozen...

“They got me booked for the wrong date and would not refund my money even though 10 minutes after making the reservation I saw the confirmation email and called them and Expedia to cancel..no exceptions..they kept my money and called me a no show”

“Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

“Una delle peggiori esperienze fatte negli Stati Uniti. Rumoroso, con scarsa pulizia, datato, la ciliegina sulla torta è stato un grande quadro appeso sopra la testiera del letto, che durante la notte si è staccato dal muro ( perchè appeso male) che quasi mi feriva, oltre a farmi spaventare.”

“This property was a bit run down but the Shower was really nice and the staff was friendly. Once you turned the corner you can see the mountains not that far away. 5 eating place in walking distance. Has an elevator if needed.”
