Hotel a Firestone

“Everything would have been 5 stars except for the breakfast attendant on Monday & Tuesday. She was complaining about guests, standing around talking to other employees, and generally unhelpful when asked about coffee. Their little machine wasn’t working quite right but on Monday they had carafes full of coffee and Tuesday they did not. When asked she just said it was broken and that she was “so busy” since she was alone that day. We literally saw her do nothing related to breakfast service and...

“Nice room, great breakfast! ”

“Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible”

“Lo abbiamo scelto perché a meno di un ora dal Rocky Mountain NP. Camera pulita non troppo grande, colazione sufficiente e personale gentile e disponibile. A 100 metri un Walmart per le necessità.”

“The hotel, staff, and breakfast were excellent. The only two disappointments were no freezer in the fridge and no lotion in the bathroom. We needed to freeze the ice blocks for our cooler and with the dry Colorado air, we needed lotion. Otherwise, a great stay!”

“Albergo comodo, pulito con una bella hall. Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottima la qualità della biancheria letto/bagno. Utile la presenza di una piscina e di una palestra veramente ben attrezzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. L'unica nota negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è il rumore eccessivo causato dalla doccia del vicino, quando utilizzata. Le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. ”
