Hotel a Frederick

“Lo abbiamo scelto perché a meno di un ora dal Rocky Mountain NP. Camera pulita non troppo grande, colazione sufficiente e personale gentile e disponibile. A 100 metri un Walmart per le necessità.”

“Una delle peggiori esperienze fatte negli Stati Uniti. Rumoroso, con scarsa pulizia, datato, la ciliegina sulla torta è stato un grande quadro appeso sopra la testiera del letto, che durante la notte si è staccato dal muro ( perchè appeso male) che quasi mi feriva, oltre a farmi spaventare.”

“Everything was adequate! The breakfast was good, room was clean. Only one thing - the coffee was too weak.”

“Pulito, ordinato. Mancava però una sedia e un tavolo o console per l'appoggio. Infatti c'era solo un piccolo tavolino. Un po esposto sulla strada ma in compenso dotato di piscina.”

“Camera pulita e spaziosa. Personale gentile. La porta del bagno necessitava di manutenzione perché era molto rumorosa quando si chiudeva. Sarebbe gradito un comodino in ciascun lato del letto. Più attenzione alla pulizia dell’ asciugacapelli ”

“This was a one night stop of a long touring vacation. So, the location was perfect for our purpose. The staff at the hotel was very nice and cooperative”

“Everything was good, clean and comfortable. On check in I was given a room that was inhabited. Walked in on an undressed man. Upsetting for everyone.”

“The neighbors above us were stomping around at 2am and the AC Unit in the original room we were given was making weird noises. We addressed this with the front staff & without hesitation they moved us to a different room, despite only having one night stay left. This alone was impressive for their customer service! ”

“Breakfast was good, but it would have been better with some breakfast meat, Bacon or Sausage (link preferably) We didn't have soap in our room, we didn't get fresh sheets & pillow cases, no fresh towels. The woman at the front desk was very nice, the man, not so much. We stayed for 3 days. Won't stay there again. ”
