“Una delle peggiori esperienze fatte negli Stati Uniti. Rumoroso, con scarsa pulizia, datato, la ciliegina sulla torta è stato un grande quadro appeso sopra la testiera del letto, che durante la notte si è staccato dal muro ( perchè appeso male) che quasi mi feriva, oltre a farmi spaventare.”

“The front desk clerk Jeremiah seemed to not really care about my concerns. I arrived promptly at 3 PM, just in case there were any issues with the room. “Rough Stay on this one. First, the slide that is the whole reason we booked this hotel was broken, out of service. Dissappointing but it happens. We checked in and then once we got to the room the safe did not function and there was no bedding for the pull out. When requested, it was all "in the washer" and none was available.
