“Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible...

“Staff tried to argue me about my bookings when I showed her that what my Expedia said and what here booking said was incorrect. They then told me I had to contact Expedia. Which I tried 3 times and never got through so I tried calling back to speak with a manager and I am still waiting on a call from the manager 2 days later.”

“The room, grounds, office were all well organized, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. They seemed to think of everything; had a room fan, hair dryer, broom to brush snow off the car, accessible ice machine in the office, chocolate chip cookies in the office, fire place in the , had a library, location/view by the river was wonderful, was close to Wapiti restaurant, the park and downtown. The people there were extremely friendly and helpful. Interacted with ne of the owners. Loved...
