“No decent place to eat in this town or hotel, bring your own food, gambling is ok, everything else is not.”

“No breakfast. Room was ok. Staff not helpful. Air conditioning didnt work so maint worked on it didnt offer to move to another room. Woke up at 4 am and no air. Terrible night. Booked because Expedia rated it 9.2. Shouldve been rated very low. Wont choose it again”

“The rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful, restaurants were a little pricey, overall the stay was very nice. I recommend coming up during the week days when the rates are cheaper. The check in and checkout process was very smooth. I recommend the hotel to anyone coming up for a get away.”

“Room was hot even with the ac & fan running all night, the toilet wouldn’t flush, & the coffee maker in the room didn’t work at all. Plus the staff were some of the rudest I’ve ever come across. I would stay literally anywhere else in black hawk but here.”

“Great lodge in an amazing little mountain town. It was quiet the week I was there so it was perfect for me. Inn keepers were friendly and communication was great. I came for a show at red rocks Unfortunately for me the area had a snowstorm come thru in May and I chickened out and headed for the city as to not miss a flight although if I had more time experiencing a storm would have been no problem in this rugged little town(they all told me the snow would come and begone next day -exactly...
