“No furniture except the beds. Appeared to be missing chairs and table. Probably due to transition to Spark hotel but definitely felt unfinished.
No coffee pot in the room. I got one at desk, no filter holder, requested twice but they couldn’t find the right one.
Originally told room cleaned every other day unless requested. After 3 days of no cleaning we were told it must always be requested. After I requested twice still never got cleaned & they Refused to take out trash that smelled.

“I would give this place a overall 4 stars
I Loved my room it had microwave and a fridge LOVED IT. I was snowboarding for the week so that was definitely a plus for me
I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THIS SPECIFIC REASON .
NOT All rooms have a microwave I WOULD like for ALL rooms to have them (FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE)
Friends of mine did not have a microwave so that was a bummer for them.

“Stayed at this same hotel the year prior and enjoyed it but it has gone completely downhill since then.
Air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 95 out the day we were there. Hotel staff came up to the room, confirmed it didn't work and asked if we could "deal with it". I told them no and we wanted a new room. The said the hotel was full and there were no other rooms.
